Our Promise
Every Dripple is built to last. We stand behind the quality of our products with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects — because we believe a great bottle should never let you down.
What's Covered
The Dripple Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Leaking or broken lids resulting from a factory defect
- Loss of insulation reported within 6 months of purchase
- Rattling caused by a dislodged internal vacuum disc
- Damage during shipping for orders placed at drippleco.com, provided the product has not been used
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Fire, accidents, or acts of God
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
Engraved & Customized Products
Warranty claims on engraved or customized products are handled on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee an identical replacement. Replacement products under warranty will not include custom engraving or screen printing.
Replacement Policy
Approved warranty claims will be replaced with the same size and color where available. If the original is discontinued, we will substitute with a product of equal or greater value. Warranty replacements are not eligible for customization.
How to File a Claim
- Email us at dripple@blisco27.com with your order details and a photo of the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 3 business days
- If approved, ship the product back to us — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Once received, we process and ship your replacement within 10 business days
Limitations
Dripple's liability is limited to product replacement only. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
